SMLC is holding an acute care clinic on October 23th, 2024 in Newport, Tennessee. We will be located at Church of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 2361 Cosby Hwy, Newport TN 37821 and we will be there from 10am to 3. There is no appointment needed, please come as you are able. How Can You Help?
We are planning another relief clinic for Newport, TN where there is a significant need for medical help and supplies. The plan is to set up the mobile clinic at The Church of Good Shepherd in Newport.
When: October 23rd 10am-3pm

If any volunteers are interested in assisting in Newport, we would be appreciative for any extra hands. Unfortunately, we will be limited on space at the parish and can only have so many volunteers assist but please let us know as soon as you can if you are interested in assisting by emailing us at info@smlcares.com.
There is significant need in Newport so if you are unable to make next week's relief clinic there will most likely be more to come.

SMLC wants to thank all the volunteers and students that came out to help in Erwin and Mountain City this past Friday. We are so grateful for all the help and could not have served these communities without your support. We were able to see 24 patients in Erwin and 18 patients in Mountain City, and distributed supplies to people in need beyond that.
